The situation

Built for discovery and trust: customers describe the job once and hear back from relevant local providers. Payment stays between customer and provider.

What was built

Job briefsStructured requests with tailored questions for each of 75 service categories.
Matching & quotesRequests reach the right providers, who quote back; customers compare and book.
Messaging & bookingsIn-app messaging, bookings with calendar hand-off and verified reviews.
Notification netEvery message goes out by email, in-app, push and WhatsApp, with 4, 24 and 72-hour nudges and bounce detection.
Native appAn Expo app on the same backend as the website, live on the Malta App Store, with over-the-air updates that ship fixes without store review.
Provider verificationA three-step verification pipeline and category approval before anyone appears in search.
Local SEOA landing page for every service, plus service-by-town pages for the 15 busiest localities, all generated from one category list.
Admin & opsModeration, a WhatsApp console, a signup-funnel view and a daily health check that emails when a core loop breaks.
